3D Printing
We transform 3D models into physical prototypes, spare parts, or display models, opening new possibilities for production, education, and presentation.
How does it work?
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process creating physical objects directly from CAD or 3D scan models. We produce high-precision architectural mockups, engineering prototypes, and historical stucco replicas directly from Revit BIM projects 3D Modeling Building Information Modeling An intelligent 3D modeling methodology incorporating geometric, structural, MEP, and material data into parametric digital twins. and polygon meshes 3D Geometry Polygon Mesh (3D Mesh) A continuous 3D surface composed of vertices, edges, and triangular facets used for rendering, 3D printing, and FEA simulation. .
Our Services
We print mockups of scanned objects with very high accuracy. We create Revit projects and their prints.
3D printing enables the production of small batches of products or spare parts on demand, eliminating the need for expensive production molds.
We offer the ability to customize products to individual customer needs, creating unique and personalized objects.
We create educational and demonstration models that facilitate the understanding of complex concepts and processes.
Precision
For 3D printing, we use a modern and highly precise FFF technology printer, with a working area of up to 420mm x 300mm x 400mm and a resolution of up to 0.05mm. Depending on the purpose of the print, we will select the appropriate material (PLA/ABS/Nylon/PET-G/TPU/PVA/Composites, PP, PA +).
Wide choice of materials
We have a wide range of printing materials, including plastics, resins, and composites, allowing you to choose optimal properties for each project.
Experience and consulting
Our engineering team will help you choose the best solutions for your needs, offering support at every stage from modeling to production.
