Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the scanexpert.pl website and the general conditions for the provision of reality capture, terrestrial 3D laser scanning (TLS), UAV photogrammetry & LiDAR, BIM parametric modeling, and 3D printing engineering services.

The Service Provider and Contractor is:

The Client (hereinafter "Customer" or "User") refers to any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit ordering surveying, reality capture, or additive manufacturing works, or browsing the website.

The Service Provider provides free electronic services comprising informational content browsing and an interactive contact inquiry form.

Technical Requirements: Access to the website requires an Internet connection and a standard web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and Cookies enabled.

Prohibition of Unlawful Content: Users must use the service lawfully. Supplying unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, spam, or malicious software is strictly prohibited.

The Contractor provides specialized reality capture and engineering solutions including, but not limited to:

• High-precision Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) for buildings, heritage, and industrial infrastructure.
• UAV low-altitude aerial photogrammetry and airborne LiDAR data collection.
• Architectural and structural as-built documentation in 2D CAD (.dwg, .dxf) and 3D formats.
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) across Levels of Development LOD 100 to LOD 500 (.rvt, .ifc).
• Metrology-grade surface inspection, structural deflection, verticality, and deformation monitoring.
• Additive manufacturing (FFF 3D printing) of architectural models and stucco replicas.

The commencement of on-site measurements requires the Customer to guarantee safe, unhindered, and authorized access to the survey location at the agreed schedule.

Output technical specifications (point cloud formats RCP, E57, LAS; CAD/BIM models, orthophotos, deviation maps) and accuracy standards (millimeter/sub-millimeter tolerance) are agreed upon in the project proposal.

Upon full settlement of all contractual fees, the Contractor transfers economic copyrights to the deliverables (BIM models, CAD drawings, orthomosaics) to the Customer within the agreed scope of exploitation.

The Contractor retains the right to present anonymized point cloud segments, 3D renderings, and project photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.

Engineering services are priced individually based on project requirements, cubic volume, structural complexity, and required accuracy class.

Payment is made via wire transfer against VAT invoices issued by the Contractor, payable within the timeline specified on the invoice (standard 14 calendar days from issuance).

The Customer may submit complaints regarding engineering deliverables or website functionality via email to biuro@scanexpert.pl.

Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 14 calendar days of receipt.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual negotiations, and failing that, submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Contractor.
